Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) disclosed that its Housing and Land Development division is expanding the existing development called San Jose Estates through the new project, St. Bernice Estates. The company will sell lots only but buyers may opt for house and lot packages and townhouses. The 3.5-hectare St. Bernice is along the Antipolo-Teresa Highway in Barangay San Jose, adjacent to San Jose Estates. The subdivision is five minutes away from the city proper. The development is geared towards the middle-income market with lot prices going at P7,000 per square meter for a minimum of 120 square meters while the minimum for house and lot packages is 50 square meters. Two-story town houses sell for P1.3 million each. “The expansion is in response to the need of many people to invest on something valuable like a piece of prime property.
